LIMOGES – If you were watching the slovak television you know that, after the first day is the score Slovakia 1 : France 1.
Daniela Hantuchova won the first match against Alize Cornet, 6:7, 6:3 and 6:4.
The first set wasn´t very good for the Slovak tennisplayer Daniela, she made a lot of unforced errors and in the end she lost the first match, because of these errors.
In the second set took every player the serve from each other. The fist player which won her serve was Daniela Hantuchova, what was big advantage for her. And in the next games took she also the serve from Alize Cornet and so she won the second set.
The third set was also complicated because Daniela thought, that she alredy won and she dont´t have to play so good as before. She was losing 3:0, first then she saw, that it´s not the end and she start to play. Thank´s her strong mental side she managed it to win also the third set after almost 3 hours drama 6:4. And Slovakia had the first point, what France tennisplayers didn´t expected.
In the second match played Dominika Cibulkova (Slovakia) against Amelie Mauresm (France). We were thinking that Dominika will win, because she played alredy with Amelie and she won all three matches.
Also in this match it looked very well for the Slovak player. She won the first the first set 6:4 when she took two times the serve from Amelie. After this part she stoped to play so good and the second set she gave she very fast to the France player 6:1.
In the third set lost she her serve and Dominika was loosing 5:1, she managed it to regulated the score 5:3, bud it wasn´t enough and she lost the third set 6:3. Mauresm played this time better as Cibulkova.
After first day is so the score 1:1.
