Hi friends,

in this article I continue with my telling about Safari destinations. The next destinations is Namibia. It is really beautifull there and you can enjoy the best holiday in your life.

Namibia is the land of startling contrasts: endless skies, barren deserts, rugged mountains and spectacular wildlife. Straddled with two great deserts: the Namib Desert, which is the oldest desert in the world, and the Kalahari Desert. The spectacular Namib stretches along the southern coastline, while the Kalahari is situated towards the eastern borders with the neighbouring countries. With its vast landscapes and sparsely populated regions, the country lends itself to a completely different safari experience. Its charm lies in its unique natural features and accompanying fauna and flora, which all have miraculously adapted to this country's harsh climatic conditions. Northern Namibia's Etosha National Park area offers safari destinations with fantastic game viewing opportunities, while the southern area enthrals the visitor with its spectacular sights of the highest sand dunes in the world at Sossusvlei. Western Namibia holds the visitor captive with its specially adapted Desert Elephant & Rhino populations, while the quaint coastal town of Swakopmund impresses with its colonial buildings and sights. All safaris are conducted on a fly in basis, starting and ending in the capital town of Windhoek. Fly-in safaris ensure that the remote camps and regions are reached in the shortest possible time giving the guest more time to explore the various areas during activities. The country is as breathtaking from the air as from the ground. Special Discoverer Safaris cater for the more adventurous guest and run on set departure dates. Up to eight guests can enjoy the superb locations and remote areas of Namibia.
