The unemployment in the Slovakia is over 10%

The part of unemployed people is higher from the June 2006. The economic crisis is the reason of unemployment, which has achieved 10,33% ending March. This is the highest stage since summer 2006. In February, the rate of unemployment was 9.72%.
The number of people without work has mostly increased since the November last year.
The highest unemployment is in Rimavská Sobota, Revuca and Banska Bystrica regions. In Bratislava region only 2,5% people are unemployed.
The unemployment rate in Slowakia is now lower than in some countries in European union. The highest unemployment is now in Spain, Latvia.
